When I began my career more than three decades ago, medicine was often defined by diagnosis and intervention. In many cases, treatment meant managing symptoms or waiting until a condition progressed far enough to require surgery.
Surgery remains essential and is sometimes the best treatment. But medicine should also ask an earlier question: Can we preserve function, support healing, and intervene before a more invasive procedure becomes necessary?
That question helped inspire FORCELLS™.
Throughout my career in hair restoration and regenerative medicine, I have learned that no two patients respond in exactly the same way. Every person brings a unique biology, medical history, stage of disease, and capacity to heal. The same procedure can produce very different outcomes depending on the condition of the tissue and the timing of treatment.
FORCELLS was founded on a simple belief: regenerative medicine should not be centered on a procedure. It should be centered on the patient’s biology.
Our founding physicians share this philosophy. Although we come from different medical specialties, we are united by a commitment to thoughtful science, responsible innovation, objective measurement, and honest patient care. Whenever possible, our goal is to preserve existing tissue, improve its biologic environment, and support the body’s capacity to repair and regenerate.
Early intervention may help slow progression, restore function, or reduce the need for a more invasive surgical procedure. Regenerative medicine cannot eliminate the need for surgery in every case, nor should it ever be presented that way. The opportunity lies in recognizing when tissue can still respond and acting before that opportunity is lost.

Regenerative care may help preserve tissue, support repair, restore function, or slow progression. It cannot replace surgery in every case, and we will never suggest that it can.
